Dr. Miller received his BS degree from Ohio State University and his MD degree from the University of Cincinnati. He completed a vitreoretinal surgery and diseases fellowship at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Harvard University, in Boston, Massachusetts.

Dr. Miller's principal areas of interest are diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment , and macular degeneration.
