Relaxation Massage (30,60,90 minutes)
Reduces both emotional and physical stress, soothes sore muscles and stimulates circulation without increasing the heart load.

Deep Tissue Massage (30,60,90 minutes)
techniques concentrate on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. The goal is to release chronic patterns of tension in the body. Finger pressure and slow, deliberate strokes are either following or going against muscle fiber which enables stressed muscles to release oxygen blocking toxins that cause inflammation. Deep tissue massage can help break up scar tissue as well.

Pregnancy Massage
Therapeutic massage to increase circulation, relieve uncomfortable back pressure, and help to reduce swelling in legs and feet. Parschauer Eye Center Massage & Medical Services's pregnancy pillow allows the mother to lie face down during a portion of her treatment.

Hot Stone Massage (70-75 minutes)
Stones are heated and then placed or massage-stroked on various parts of the body for over an hour bringing you to a new level of relaxation.
